All orders are processed within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of receiving your order confirmation email. When we ship your order, you will receive a specific notification.

Please include all relevant information at the beginning of the policy, e.g. potential delays due to a high volume of orders or problems with the postal service over which you have no control.

Rates and estimates for domestic and international shipping
In the case of calculated shipping rates: Your order's shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

In case of national shipments : We offer shipping with a rate of 6.90 EUR
In case of international shipments : We offer shipping with a rate of 12.90 EUR.

Pickup in store
You can avoid shipping costs with free local collection at via Aveta 37, Ercolano (NA). After you have placed your order and selected local collection during check-out, your order will be prepared and ready for collection as soon as you receive a processing confirmation email.

Our in-store collection times are 09:00/18:00 on the following days: Mon/Fri. When you come to collect your order, make sure you have your confirmation email with you.

How can I check the status of an order?
When your order has shipped you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Tracking information will be available within 48 hours.

If you do not receive your order within 14 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, contact us at xnxdesigninfo@gmail.com specifying your name and order number and we will carry out the necessary checks.
